Eligibility and territory

  • Age and capacity: Users must be of legal age and have capacity to contract under applicable laws.
  • Business status: Sellers must be duly authorized and compliant with local regulations.
  • Territorial use: Access may be limited or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal or technical constraints.

Account registration and access

  • Accuracy: Provide true, complete, and current information; update promptly upon changes.
  • Security: Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Non‑transferability: Accounts may not be sold, assigned, or shared without our written consent.

  • Mediation discretion: We may facilitate communications or mediate disputes but are not obligated to resolve them.

Product listings and content standards

  • Accuracy: Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading (specs, pricing, availability, warranties).
  • Original media: Use lawful, rights‑cleared images and descriptions; no unauthorized third‑party IP.
  • Updates: Maintain current stock and pricing; promptly correct errors.
  • Content rights: You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and promote listing content.
  • Removal: We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Orders, pricing, taxes, and invoicing

  • Offer and acceptance: Orders constitute offers; acceptance occurs per seller confirmation and Platform flow.
  • Pricing errors: Sellers may cancel or correct orders with obvious pricing mistakes; refunds will be issued where applicable.
  • Taxes and duties: Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) and must issue compliant invoices.
  • Promotions: Discounts and coupons must be clearly stated with eligibility, validity, and limitations.

Payments, settlements, and chargebacks

  • Methods: Payment options may include online gateways, bank transfers, wallets, or cash on delivery (where offered).
  • Security: Payment processing may be handled by third‑party providers; their terms may apply.
