2. Shop Creation & Management

• Sellers may create a free online shop to list and sell products.
• Shop profiles must include accurate business details, contact information, and support hours.
• Sellers must maintain updated product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
• Shops must comply with branding guidelines and avoid misleading content.

3. Product Standards

• Products must be genuine, safe, and compliant with local and international regulations.
• Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items are strictly prohibited.
• Sellers must provide clear warranty, guarantee, and after-sales support information.
• Product images and descriptions must be original and rights-cleared.

4. Order Fulfillment

• Sellers are responsible for timely processing, packaging, and delivery of orders.
• Delivery charges, timelines, and logistics must be clearly communicated to customers.
• Tracking information must be provided where available.
• Confirmed orders must be honored unless cancellation is mutually agreed with the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Sellers must establish and publish a transparent return/refund policy.
• Return requests must be acknowledged within 48 hours.
• Sellers are responsible for handling customer complaints and disputes.
• KhareedDari.com may mediate disputes but does not guarantee resolution in favor of either party.

6. Fees & Commission

• Shop creation is free of charge.
• KhareedDari.com may introduce service fees, commissions, or premium features in the future, with prior notice.
• Sellers agree to pay any applicable charges as communicated by the platform.

7. Compliance & Liability

• Sellers must comply with tax obligations, including VAT, GST, or other applicable duties.
• Sellers indemnify KhareedDari.com against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their products or business practices.
• KhareedDari.com is not liable for seller misconduct, product defects, or delivery failures.

8. Intellectual Property

• Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant KhareedDari.com a license to display and promote it.
• Sellers must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• KhareedDari.com may remove content that violates IP laws or platform standards.

9. Customer Support Standards

• Sellers must respond to customer inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Communication must be polite, professional, and free of offensive language.
• Sellers must use KhareedDari.com’s official messaging system for transparency.
• Support availability hours must be clearly stated in shop profiles.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• KhareedDari.com may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of this Policy or the general Terms & Conditions.
• Sellers may close their shops at any time, subject to fulfillment of pending orders and obligations.
• Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Amendments

KhareedDari.com reserves the right to update or modify this Seller Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Miscellaneous

• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
• Assignment: Sellers may not assign rights or obligations without consent.
• Entire agreement: This Policy, together with the Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between Sellers and KhareedDari.com.
